- Introduction of a local anesthetic into the correction zone by injection.
- Disinfection of the zone of future intervention.
- Making a small incision of 1.5-2 cm in size on the mucous membrane of the cheeks by intraoral access.
- Removal of fat formation in whole or in part by the classical method or when using a laser. With a thin face, the lump is redistributed to avoid an exhausted appearance.
- Application of self-absorbable sutures.
- For better compression, the patient is recommended to wear a special bandage for the first 3-7 days.
- It is possible to assess the result of the removal of Bish lumps after the complete disappearance of puffiness - after 1-2 weeks. During this period, the patient should exclude the intake of solid, hot and spicy foods, treat the oral cavity with antiseptic agents after each meal, do not load the facial muscles, sleep on your back. You should also limit physical activity for up to 2 weeks.
After surgery, numbness, swelling of the face, swelling, difficulty in chewing, minor pain in the first days may appear. From the second week, the patient can eat solid food. With severe pain, the doctor prescribes painkillers. The procedure for removing Bish's lumps is one-time, there can be no relapse of the development of lumps.
